ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when Shopify confirms it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item cannot be produced, if pricing or product information was published in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices, availability, taxes and shipping are shown at Shopify Checkout, which is the authoritative source. Payment is processed by Shopify and its payment providers. All purchases pass through Shopify Checkout.
MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Products are produced individually after purchase. Because of the nature of garment printing and washing, small variations in placement, wash tone and measurement are normal and are not defects. Returns, cancellations and claims are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Product descriptions, sizing and imagery are provided in good faith and maintained in Shopify. Screen colour rendering may differ from the finished garment. We correct errors as soon as we find them.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Made Clothing Co. name, artwork, graphics, photography and site content are our property or used with permission and may not be copied, reproduced, resold or used commercially without written permission.
ACCEPTABLE USE
Do not attempt to disrupt the store, scrape it at scale, resell access, or use it unlawfully.
LIABILITY
The store is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
